Sedona Pines Resort - Poor service no help

We have tried for over a year to get to stay there but its always booked our too early to reserve etc... the fees address eating us up for something we can't use and there seems to be no way to get out of the contract. Definitely a huge mistake made after many fast claims by their sales agents
