We have had nothing but negative experience with this resort and now can't seem to get rid of this timeshare. All we do is pay money for something we never use.

Can't find relief from this company anywhere! All we want to do now is get out of this nightmare timeshare after sinking well over $10,000 into something worth nothing.

It seems we are not alone with the bad experience from this resort and this should not be allowed to happen. Would love it if someone would actually respond back to us so that we can determine the best way to get out of the constant fees we are charged to be owners in this resort

We are in the same boat we hate our time share owned it since 2005 and still trying to get rid of it. The resort will only give you 800.00 on 14000.00 that we paid for something not worth the value and we cant even use our points With RCI because I refused to pay for non service everytime we wanted to go somewhere there was no opening and this was with points. Completely rip off.


There are always two sides of the story and apparently you have not contacted us for a resolution.

How we can assist you, since you choose not to provide your name and hide so we are not able to contact you directly.

If you had contacted us we would have attempted to retrain you on how to use your Membership like our other 15,000 do.
